Welcome to the Sharks Hockey Club website. We cater for girls, boys and ladies from ages 5 and up. In the 2009 season we fielded 4 senior womens teams and 5 junior teams. 2009 was a successful season for the Club, which produced many quality games particulary in the final series, and we are now focusing on the 2010 season and are looking for players to join our club. Sharks Hockey Club welcomes players of all ages and abilities. Our teams compete in the SSWHA and SEPL competitions. Sharks Hockey is a young and developing club that prides itself on being competitive, yet with a focus on the social rewards of hockey. In our ten years as a Club, we have had many successes as premiers and minor premiers in both our Junior and Women's teams and we always have enjoyed the more social aspects of the season. During the off season, the Club entered the NRMA Everyday Sporting Legends competition and we were lucky to be selected as one of the top 5 team entries and have won an extremely generous voucher to spend at Rebel Sport which will be used to benefit each and every player of the Club in 2010. We are extremely proud and excited to receive this and we greatly thank the NRMA and Rebel Sport for this prize. _________________________________________________________________ Registration Details 2010 Club registration day is Saturday 6 February 2010, Jenola Hockey Fields, cnr Kingsway and Gannons Rd, Cronulla from 4:00pm – 6:00pm. 2010 Registration form is attached below. __________________________________________________________________ Coaching Position available We are seeking a coach who is
interested in joining our friendly and successful club to train
our First Grade Womens team. Renummeration will be in line with

email: _____________________________________________________________________________________ After being the bridesmaids for the last couple of years in the SSWHA Second Grade competition, the Tigers shone through in 2009 and deservedly became second grade joint premiers in a superb game. It was the best game of the season and all the team played to their full potential. The game went through to extra time and with the scored locked at 1-1 the were declared joint premiers. And congratulations goes to all of our Killer Sharks who were declared joint premiers of the Seven A Gold competition. The girls played brilliantly and after extra time it was still a draw so they were declared joint premiers. Thanks to all the parents, friends and all the supporters that were there on the day to cheer the girls on. A huge thank to Sarah, their marvellous coach, who has done a wonderful job with the girls again this season and in previous seasons. They certainly will miss both you and Kate!!!
